Our goal is to deliver products with the highest level of operational readiness through reliability and affordable maintainability.


VSI implements a two-level maintenance concept for our products. First level maintenance is called Organizational Level Maintenance and is carried out by our customers' technicians in support of day-to-day flight operations. Third level maintenance is the Depot Level Maintenance provided by VSI and our repair agents to ensure system reliability, availability and readiness

 

Organizational Level Maintenance activities include:

  • On aircraft troubleshooting

  • Removal/replacement of Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs)

  • Condemn or route for repair

  • Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Replacements (for JHMCS and DASH)

  • QDC Seal Replacement

  • Helmet fitting and visor replacement by Aircraft Life Support

  • Magnetic Mapping of Cockpit (for JHMCS and DASH)

 

Depot Level Maintenance activities include:

  • OEM Repair and Overhaul Services

  • Engineering Support

  • Technical Support

  • Configuration Management

  • Obsolescence Management

  • Supply Chain Management

  • Integrated Logistics Support/Logistics Support
